2021 is almost here and that means… Sale-A-Bration, baby! It’s that special time of year when good little girls and boys get to pick out free products from an exclusive catalog with their Stampin’ Up! purchase. (Doesn’t that sound so magical?) This year’s items are fantastic and I’ve been having a blast playing with them. In fact, I’m having so much fun that I can’t seem to bring myself to stop creating long enough to post pictures. So I’m going to do some “quick posts” in the coming days and weeks to show you some of the awesome new products coming. Darling Donkeys Stamp Set. (SAB Catalog, page 4) Free with $50 purchase. This has already become my go-to set for birthday cards. These little guys are so cute and have so much personality. I’m going to start branching out with different sentiments since they’re so versatile. (And did I mention how cute they are?!) They also make great belated birthday cards… you can write on the inside that you feel like an “ass” for forgetting. (Oh, ho, ho! Dad humor.) I used the Soft Suede and Smokey Slate Stampin’ Blends to color them, along with Calypso Coral and Ivory as accent colors. The belated cards also feature a brand new designer series paper that is also a Sale-a-Bration item… but I’ll save that for another post. Enjoy! And Happy Crafting. -Steve
